How to Order

When you have found a picture you like and you would like to purchase it, the first thing you should do is familiarize yourself with the presentation options I offer. When you have selected a picture and think you know what presentation option you want, fill out an order form and submit it. This sends me an email with all the information you entered. I will then respond to you by phone or email (per the preference you indicate) and discuss with you exactly what you are looking for, the finalized price, and an expected time frame for delivery. Feel free to contact me at any time with any questions you might have. Because I take every sale personally and I want you to get exactly what you are looking for, I believe direct communication is crucial. I do not complete any sales without directly communicating with the customer.

Payment

For all special orders (the vast majority of orders) I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit before I begin working on the order. Once I have completed the order to your satisfaction and it is ready for shipment, I will send you another invoice for the balance of the order price plus shipping and handling. If you are ordering a completed work that is for sale I will not need a deposit. I accept all major credit cards through a Paypal email invoicing service. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment. I will send you a Paypal invoice via email and Paypal will help you complete the payment. The process is relatively simple and protects your financial information.

Return Policy

Due to the fact that almost all of my sales are special order items, all sales are final once I have shipped the item. I attempt to communicate sufficiently with every customer before shipment to ensure that they know exactly what they are getting before I take final payment and ship the item. If there is a problem with your item that occurred during shipment (i.e. damage) I will work with you and the shipping company to make sure that the problem is rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible.
